In the 3rd minute of the match, Endrick Mbappè tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rui Varela saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With an all-out effort, Master Champion BMX Flat's Rui Varela threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Endrick Mbappè, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Almir Braga's late challenge caught a Grêmio FBPA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Almir Braga helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th match minute, Master Champion BMX Flat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Almir Braga to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Grêmio FBPA's Amadeu Pitta got a free kick in the 8th minute. Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Endrick Mbappè in the 9th minute of play. Rui Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Severo in the 10th minute of play. Silvinho Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cléberson Velasco having to interfere. Almir Braga made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 15thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Rui Varela would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Endrick Mbappè's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rui Varela was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Endrick Mbappè in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Dráusio Pirani reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rui Varela. The goal made the score 1-0. A collision led to Master Champion BMX Flat getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Endrick Mbappè hit a great ball. Rui Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Endrick Mbappè, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Rui Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Almir Braga. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Endrick Mbappè managed to get in a good position for a shot. Master Champion BMX Flat's supporters rose to their feet, but Endrick Mbappè was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui Varela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Grêmio FBPA's Claudinho Zonta got a free kick in the 34th minute. Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Grêmio FBPA from getting a goal against them. Franklin Severo might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rui Varela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franklin Severo ran back to his position shaking his head. Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Endrick Mbappè in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Endrick Mbappè in the 42nd minute of play forced Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Rui Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Endrick Mbappè made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Master Champion BMX Flat's Betão Arósio got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Edu Veiga charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edu Veiga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th minute Dráusio Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 played minutes Master Champion BMX Flat got a freekick which was hit by Durvalino Rosado. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Andrade in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cléberson Velasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Almir Braga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Master Champion BMX Flat's supporters rose to their feet, but Almir Braga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui Varela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Claudinei Dantas charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Rui Varela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Almir Braga's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Almir Braga came free, but Rui Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Grêmio FBPA's Osvaldinho Marquez got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute, Endrick Mbappè made a precise shot to the right of Rui Varela. Grêmio FBPA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. When the referee ended the match the Master Champion BMX Flat players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
