The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afonso Galvão during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Afonso Galvão kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Falcão Favoretto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Moraes in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Galvão in the 13th minute of play forced Pacui's goalkeeper Falcão Favoretto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute of the match Pacui got a corner. Psiu!'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claudinei Leão ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Claudinei Leão got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 曲明强 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Leopoldo Linares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute Maicon Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Favoretto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kléberson Bezerra hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Psiu!'s goalkeeper 曲明强, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leopoldo Linares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 28 minutes, Leopoldo Linares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Psiu!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Linares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Falcão Favoretto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Claudinei Leão came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Pacui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudinei Leão couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Maicon Sousa put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Falcão Favoretto. Pacui's Falcão Favoretto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Sousa in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Sidney Moraes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Sousa in the 45th minute of play forced Pacui's goalkeeper Falcão Favoretto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudinei Leão to make the kick off. Falcão Favoretto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Galvão in the 51st minute of play. Leopoldo Linares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 58 minutes, Maicon Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pacui's zone, Sidney Moraes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Falcão Favoretto came out of the goal and Sidney Moraes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Falcão Favoretto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sidney Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Pacui's goal looked a bit too open when Mané Castro came free, but Falcão Favoretto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Maicon Sousa came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Psiu! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maicon Sousa couldn't finish the play. After having played for 83 minutes, Leopoldo Linares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Psiu!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Linares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th match minute, Pacui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. Psiu!'s Maicon Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Falcão Favoretto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leopoldo Linares's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Claudinei Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. 曲明强 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sidney Moraes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 96th playminute. When the final whistle sounded Psiu! left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pacui.
