Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Valério Xavier took the kick off in the first half of the match. José Carlos Simões took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betão Paulista. Betão Paulista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 6th minute, Valério Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Barrera 2.0's Betão Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Tuste in the 7th minute of play. Betão Paulista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Tuste in the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when José Carlos Simões came free, but Betão Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Amadeo Tuste got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Perivaldo Furlan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmeiras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Barrera 2.0 the free kick. After 16 played minutes Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Perivaldo Furlan. 17 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Gerson Berger came free, but Carlos Augusto Recife reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Amadeo Tuste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmeiras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Tuste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Palmeiras booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valério Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Augusto Recife made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Diguinho de Godoi sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th match minute, FC Barrera 2.0 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valério Xavier to maneuver through the defense. Diguinho de Godoi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Carlos Augusto Recife firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 31st minute, Edgard Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 32 in the game by Valério Xavier from a close distance when the talented Carlos Augusto Recife managed to make a qualified save. Palmeiras's players were relieved. In the 34th minute José Carlos Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, José Carlos Simões had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Betão Paulista. FC Barrera 2.0's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Carlos Simões was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 44th minute, Gildo Novaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 45 minutes, José Carlos Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmeiras's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Carlos Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amadeo Tuste to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gildo Novaes during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Gildo Novaes. In the 55th minute Amadeo Tuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Dagoberto Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Carlos Simões's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. In the 61st minute, Palmeiras's José Carlos Simões ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Betão Paulista. Betão Paulista yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Dagoberto Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Dagoberto Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diguinho de Godoi in the 68th minute of play forced Palmeiras's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Recife to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Betão Paulista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Tuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Augusto Recife came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Barrera 2.0's Diguinho de Godoi. But to his dismay, Diguinho de Godoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Palmeiras's Toninho Prestes was substituted for Dagoberto Moura. Carlos Augusto Recife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerson Berger in the 77th minute of play. After 77 minutes of play Palmeiras's Perivaldo Furlan was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Palmeiras's Carlos Augusto Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleiton Furtado in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th minute of the match, Amadeo Tuste tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Betão Paulista saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Palmeiras's zone, Valério Xavier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Augusto Recife came out of the goal and Valério Xavier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Augusto Recife showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valério Xavier in the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Diguinho de Godoi made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Augusto Recife. Palmeiras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3.
