Carlos Alberto de Salles charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Real Camaçari Futbol Club booed when União Agrícola Barbarense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cido Ribeiro in the 63rd minute of play forced União Agrícola Barbarense's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 minutes, Ademir Miranda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Camaçari Futbol Club and the União Agrícola Barbarense players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th minute, Vladimir Valadares sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Real Camaçari Futbol Club's Tan Açıkel didn't even have to move. Dorian Campidelis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tan Açıkel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Allan Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tan Açıkel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
