Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Amadeo Tuste made the kick off which started today's match. Zé Roberto Chaves came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Palmeiras's José Carlos Simões. But to his dismay, José Carlos Simões quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Dorian Campidelis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Carlos Augusto Recife was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 14thth minute of the game Amadeo Tuste who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but União Agrícola Barbarense's Zé Roberto Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Natanael Velasco hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Amadeo Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Zé Roberto Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Roberto Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Tuste, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. José Carlos Simões scored 1-3 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Roberto Chaves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tião Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Roberto Chaves having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, União Agrícola Barbarense's goal looked a bit too open when José Carlos Simões came free, but Zé Roberto Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the União Agrícola Barbarense defense, Amadeo Tuste kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Roberto Chaves. The União Agrícola Barbarense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Roberto Chaves should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute, Amadeo Tuste got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Carlos Simões scored 1-5 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Roberto Chaves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Recife had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorian Campidelis. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Allan Mendes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 59 minutes of play, Palmeiras's José Carlos Simões made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Roberto Chaves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Palmeiras's Carlos Augusto Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Melo in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in União Agrícola Barbarense's zone, Tião Tróia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Roberto Chaves came out of the goal and Tião Tróia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Amadeo Tuste took a quick shot and it went in 1-7 without a chance for Zé Roberto Chaves to make any attempt to save it. Zé Roberto Chaves came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Palmeiras's Tião Tróia. But to his dismay, Tião Tróia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. The supporters of Palmeiras booed when União Agrícola Barbarense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natanael Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Roberto Chaves came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Palmeiras's Tião Tróia. But to his dismay, Tião Tróia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-10. In the 93rd minute Amadeo Tuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Perivaldo Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Amadeo Tuste's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Roberto Chaves was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded Palmeiras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than União Agrícola Barbarense.
