The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Thomas in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Costa in the 10th minute of play forced BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Emanuel Paranaense suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 16 minutes into the game, Cristiano Romário was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RØSANEGRA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BMB IMOVEIS SC the free kick. After a rather tough play, RØSANEGRA's Cristiano Romário got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 23rd minute Douglas Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Leandro Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo. BMB IMOVEIS SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leandro Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Gabriel Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Prudencio Thomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of RØSANEGRA booed when BMB IMOVEIS SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sérgio de Azevedo was a little too slow when Leandro Fonseca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 2-0. After some careless play in the RØSANEGRA defense, André Luiz Vides kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feliberto Oihenarte. The RØSANEGRA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliberto Oihenarte should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Fonseca to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, BMB IMOVEIS SC's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Costa came free, but Sérgio de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Douglas Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo. BMB IMOVEIS SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Douglas Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Douglas Costa hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Sérgio de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. When Laerte Arantes fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BMB IMOVEIS SC's protests and gave Laerte Arantes a yellow card for diving instead. Laerte Arantes kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Douglas Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RØSANEGRA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Douglas Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. RØSANEGRA's Afonso Proença was substituted for Leandro Fonseca. After 74 minutes, Prudencio Thomas made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximino Nabar's late challenge caught a BMB IMOVEIS SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximino Nabar helped the player get up and apologised. Maximino Nabar hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Feliberto Oihenarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luiz Vides in the 84th minute of play. Sérgio de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Proença in the 91st minute of play. After a rather tough play, BMB IMOVEIS SC's André Luiz Vides got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute of the match Gabriel Magalhães shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sérgio de Azevedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. RØSANEGRA had won after a very even match.
