Sérgio de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th match minute, AS Pikachuzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Vale to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of BMB IMOVEIS SC booed when AS Pikachuzim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Hélder Melo came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the BMB IMOVEIS SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder Melo couldn't finish the play. Gil Vale hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Pedro Luiz Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Sérgio de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laerte Toscano in the 12th minute of the match. AS Pikachuzim's Cristian Bittencourt came free and shot a quick shot against goal 15 minutes in the game, fortunately Sérgio de Azevedo had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Sérgio de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 24 minutes, Emanuel Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BMB IMOVEIS SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Paranaense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito Batista in the 26th minute of play forced BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A hard shot 36 in the game by Cristian Bittencourt from a close distance when the talented Sérgio de Azevedo managed to make a qualified save. BMB IMOVEIS SC's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in AS Pikachuzim's zone, André Luiz Vides stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Luiz Matorin came out of the goal and André Luiz Vides tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Gil Vale fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AS Pikachuzim's protests and gave Gil Vale a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, AS Pikachuzim's Gil Vale got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Bittencourt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Paranaense got free with Pedro Luiz Matorin in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in BMB IMOVEIS SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! When Jaime Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the AS Pikachuzim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Teixeira couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Bittencourt in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sérgio de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Matorin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Paranaense. In the 81st minute Cristian Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 83 minutes Emanuel Paranaense got an excellent opportunity and fired away a shot on goal, but Pedro Luiz Matorin was perfectly placed and executed a great save. Cristian Bittencourt charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Bittencourt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Cristian Bittencourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the game, Emanuel Paranaense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BMB IMOVEIS SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AS Pikachuzim the free kick. After 90 played minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Paranaense. André Luiz Vides charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Luiz Vides the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. André Luiz Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Gil Vale struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Sérgio de Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS Pikachuzim. 99 minutes into the match, BMB IMOVEIS SC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Teixeira came free, but Sérgio de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AS Pikachuzim's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
