Cachoeirinha's goalkeeper Ismael de Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 10 minutes, Reginaldo Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.E. Cachoeirinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reginaldo Teixeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Mané Tasso notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of S.E. Cachoeirinha's Ismael de Carvalho. Ismael de Carvalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Angelo Almeida got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Angelo Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s protests and gave Angelo Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of S.E. Cachoeirinha booed when BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Davi Nunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- from getting a goal against them. Davi Nunes made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Fabinho Vinhas sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute Pedro Luís Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davi Nunes stood somewhat misplaced when Rafinha Gonçalves came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 31 minute. In the 39th minute, Mané Tasso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismael de Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 42nd minute, Celso Teles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reginaldo Teixeira to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Celso Teles reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ismael de Carvalho. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 57th minute Celso Teles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, S.E. Cachoeirinha's Rafinha Gonçalves got a free kick in the 60th minute. Mané Tasso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismael de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Teles in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Fabinho Vinhas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.E. Cachoeirinha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in S.E. Cachoeirinha's zone, Mané Tasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael de Carvalho came out of the goal and Mané Tasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 70 played minutes S.E. Cachoeirinha got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Alagoano. Ismael de Carvalho was a little too slow when Mané Tasso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-4. Mané Tasso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Ismael de Carvalho made a huge save. Celso Teles struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Ismael de Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-. Rafinha Gonçalves hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Dalmo Peixoto charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmo Peixoto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dalmo Peixoto hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Ismael de Carvalho made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Mané Tasso sent off a good shot on target. Davi Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafinha Gonçalves in the 93rd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes S.E. Cachoeirinha got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Peixoto. After having played for 96 minutes, Celso Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Teles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
