Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Elano de Sousa took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th match minute, Fala Sério FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugênio Couto to maneuver through the defense. João Pedro do Nascimento made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Jeferson Amaral sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Mané Catarinense's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Pedro do Nascimento was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. José Pedro Paraense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Alexsandro Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Pedro do Nascimento was a little too slow when Renan Sena got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. A collision led to Fala Sério FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Afonso Pitta hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Samurai Champions FC's Mané Catarinense dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mané Catarinense to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fala Sério FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mané Catarinense was slow to take the kick. During this time Samurai Champions FC's players had a chance to rest. Elano de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Alexsandro Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexsandro Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Pedro Paraense in the 70th minute of play. In the 76th minute, José Pedro Paraense fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Elano de Sousa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 81st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Alexsandro Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elano de Sousa in the 83rd minute of play. Nando Custódio kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After having played for 86 minutes, José Pedro Paraense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fala Sério FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Pedro Paraense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Léo Pelé kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Mané Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexsandro Netto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dé Linares. Fala Sério FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
