After a rather tough play, Chinho FC's Altin Intel got a free kick in the 6th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 7 minutes into the game, when Celsinho Siqueira put in a rough tackle. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chinho FC! In the 8th minute there was a penalty for REAL RIO CRVG. Durvalino Sarmento stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gilson de Alcântara. 0-1. Gilson de Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gláuber Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Pedrão Souza notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Chinho FC's Gilson de Alcântara. Durvalino Sarmento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Pedrão Souza made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Alfredo Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilson de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Natã Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute Zé Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percival Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute Chinho FC were awarded a corner. Lenílson Munhoz went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Lenílson Munhoz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Percival Prestes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Paulo José Gaúcho kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Chinho FC's Gilson de Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gláuber Cardozo in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, REAL RIO CRVG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Gilson de Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chinho FC's Gilson de Alcântara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Chinho FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Chinho FC's Gilson de Alcântara got control of the ball when Pedrão Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. REAL RIO CRVG's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
