Cambotinha EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Albuquerque was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ernesto Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Albuquerque in the 9th minute of play. Celso Tepedino hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Cambotinha EC's Ernesto Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Albuquerque in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cambotinha EC's Celso Tepedino got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ernesto Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kléber da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. When Nicolas Alvarenga came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Cambotinha EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Alvarenga couldn't finish the play. When Christiano Magalhães came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the AC Korban fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christiano Magalhães couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the game, AC Korban's Igor Albuquerque nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernesto Montenegro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Igor Albuquerque recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cambotinha EC's Ernesto Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Albuquerque in the 38th minute of play. Arlindo Abreu hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. AC Korban's Durval Garcia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 40th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cambotinha EC. 42 minutes into the game, Igor Albuquerque cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ernesto Montenegro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Igor Albuquerque scored 0-5 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernesto Montenegro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 48 minutes, Flávio Baptista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Korban and the Cambotinha EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th minute, Flávio Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Igor Albuquerque made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Cambotinha EC got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Moreira. AC Korban's Kléber da Silveira got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flávio Baptista in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Montenegro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 59 minutes into the game, Igor Albuquerque recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ernesto Montenegro. Igor Albuquerque showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. After a rather tough play, Cambotinha EC's Guilherme Porto got a free kick in the 67th minute. 67 minutes into the match, AC Korban's Durval Garcia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Flávio Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Albuquerque took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Montenegro. Ernesto Montenegro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. In the 82nd minute, Kléber da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcel Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 88th match minute, AC Korban was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adhemar Lucas to maneuver through the defense. If Igor Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flávio Baptista took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Montenegro. Ernesto Montenegro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. When the match was over AC Korban could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cambotinha EC throughout the match.
