Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Aurora FC's Rune Myr started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Rune Myr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 5 played minutes Cambotinha EC got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Toledo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Alvarenga in the 10th minute of play forced Aurora FC's goalkeeper Dedé Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Alvarenga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dedé Dante read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Ernesto Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Myr in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute of the match Aurora FC got a corner. Cambotinha EC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonel Loureiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Leonel Loureiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cambotinha EC's Ernesto Montenegro did a great save. After having played for 21 minutes, Nicolas Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cambotinha EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Alvarenga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute Cambotinha EC were awarded a corner. Nicolas Alvarenga went to the cornerflag to take it. Nicolas Alvarenga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Dedé Dante skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Aurora FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Horácio Queiroz hit a great ball. Luiz Gustavo Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Cambotinha EC's Ernesto Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Myr in the 34th minute of play. Dedé Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Alvarenga in the 44th minute of play. If Rune Myr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Aurora FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Rune Myr hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Nicolas Alvarenga made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Cambotinha EC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Marcel Moreira hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Cambotinha EC's Bernardinho Bertassi got a free kick in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Alvarenga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dedé Dante was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Cambotinha EC's Luizinho de Queiroz got a free kick in the 70th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luizinho de Queiroz during the 72nd minute. Nicolas Alvarenga took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dedé Dante. Dedé Dante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 97th minute, Horácio Queiroz made a precise shot to the right of Ernesto Montenegro. Cambotinha EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Aurora FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cambotinha EC.
