The audience thought a goal was coming when Enéas Urbano got free with Juvenal Valladares in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 3rd minute, Natanael Valadares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 5 in the game by Enéas Urbano from a close distance when the talented Juvenal Valladares managed to make a qualified save. Chester Bennington's players were relieved. Juvenal Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico Recife, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafim Bittencourt in the 14th minute of play forced Chester Bennington's goalkeeper Juvenal Valladares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafim Bittencourt in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juvenal Valladares saved Chester Bennington from getting behind. In the 22nd minute, Romário da Rocha made a precise shot to the right of Juvenal Valladares. Chester Bennington's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Juvenal Valladares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Bittencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafim Bittencourt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th match minute, Juventus EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederico Recife to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Romário da Rocha notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Chester Bennington's Juvenal Valladares. Juvenal Valladares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mateus de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrão Vides in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romário da Rocha got free with Juvenal Valladares in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juvenal Valladares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo Correia in the 43rd minute of play. Mateus de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrão Vides in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Juventus EC's Serafim Bittencourt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juvenal Valladares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafim Bittencourt to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reinaldo Bueno during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Reinaldo Bueno hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The supporters of Chester Bennington booed when Juventus EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enéas Urbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nilton Sena took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mateus de Senna. Juventus EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 57th minute Nestor Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juvenal Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário da Rocha in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute Serafim Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Frederico Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Chester Bennington's Reinaldo Bueno ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mateus de Senna. Mateus de Senna yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Juventus EC's Mateus de Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Juventus EC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedrão Vides got free with Mateus de Senna in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juventus EC's Mateus de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Vides in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enéas Urbano in the 89th minute of play forced Chester Bennington's goalkeeper Juvenal Valladares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Romário da Rocha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chester Bennington the free kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Juventus EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Chester Bennington had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
