The crowd rose to their feet as AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Dudu Sanches slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Enéas Arruda. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. Dida Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. When AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Gilvan de Lara in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomás Vides should have stopped the shot. Enéas Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulisses Marquez in the 23rd minute of the match. Nando Abraão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Enéas Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulisses Marquez had several of the Tirense F.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Enéas Arruda as he didn't even see the shot coming. Antônio Dantas struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Thomás Vides didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tirense F.C.. 40 minutes into the game, Ulisses Marquez lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Enéas Arruda. In the 47th minute, Dida Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Gilberto Garcia made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Gilberto Garcia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tirense F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 58th minute, Dudu Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Willian Cunha in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomás Vides saved AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ from getting behind. Willian Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute of the match, Willian Cunha tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thomás Vides saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nando Abraão hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Tirense F.C.'s Gilberto Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilberto Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 84 minutes into the match, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goalkeeper Thomás Vides had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Garcia.
