The crowd rose to their feet as Callegari's Breno Novaes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cleiton Queiroz. That made the score 2-0 after 9 minutes of play. César Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleiton Queiroz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Duarte in the 14th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Duarte got free with Cleiton Queiroz in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustavo Duarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Cleiton Queiroz made a huge save. Cleiton Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Novaes in the 37th minute of the match. Chicão Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Cleiton Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno Novaes in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Gustavo Duarte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Cleiton Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 48th minute, Callegari's Gustavo Duarte dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustavo Duarte made a kick off. The supporters of G.E. Juventus FSCMZ booed when Callegari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guto Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedito Bastos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 56 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in G.E. Juventus FSCMZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Callegari a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. Callegari's Walmir Valladares was substituted for César Pires. Callegari's Wesley Faria was substituted for Rony Peixoto. Gustavo Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleiton Queiroz having to interfere. In the 68th minute Gustavo Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleiton Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleiton Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guto Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Pedro Augusto de Godoi threw the ball into play from the sideline. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Betão Cosme quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 77th minute, Walmir Valladares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guto Tinoco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 100th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Duarte in the 101st minute of play forced G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Cleiton Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Callegari walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
