The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Xavier. Gustavo Duarte scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sandro Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustavo Duarte who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Sandro Soares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Matías Cavalcante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Paulo Renato Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Robinho Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Gustavo Duarte reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sandro Soares. The goal made the score 2-0. The supporters of Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF booed when Callegari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breno Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandro Soares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gustavo Duarte showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 44 minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Duarte to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Rony Peixoto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandro Soares was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guto Tinoco in the 54th minute of play forced Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's goalkeeper Sandro Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tião Tasso's late challenge caught a Callegari's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Gustavo Duarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandro Soares was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Sandro Soares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sandro Soares came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Callegari's Giuseppe Sanches. But to his dismay, Giuseppe Sanches quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Sandro Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guto Tinoco in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74thth minute of the game Gustavo Duarte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Sandro Soares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulo Renato Falcão made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Eduardo Reis sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Breno Novaes in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Soares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sandro Soares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giuseppe Sanches went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Robinho Siqueira hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Sandro Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Duarte in the 84th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Breno Novaes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustavo Duarte might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sandro Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustavo Duarte ran back to his position shaking his head.
