Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alberto Melo made the kick off which started today's match. When Oswaldo Moura came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Jukatriz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oswaldo Moura couldn't finish the play. Vito Velloso made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Alberto Melo sent off a good shot on target. Vito Velloso had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Alberto Melo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Vito Velloso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusébio Godoi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. If Joga Redondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Jukatriz's Vito Velloso got control of the ball when Alberto Melo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vito Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Godoi in the 35th minute of play. After 37 minutes, Josué de Salles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jukatriz and the Edson Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes Jukatriz got a freekick which was hit by Josué de Salles. After a defensive mix-up in Jukatriz's zone, Jorginho Salles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vito Velloso came out of the goal and Jorginho Salles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joga Redondo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Vito Velloso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edson Futebol Clube.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oswaldo Moura made a kick off. Diego Dantas was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 52 minutes into the match. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Edson Futebol Clube! 60 minutes into the match, Joga Redondo notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Jukatriz's Vito Velloso. Vito Velloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Edson Futebol Clube's Alberto Melo in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Vito Velloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Melo's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Tostão Cardoso scored 7-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vito Velloso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Edson Futebol Clube booed when Jukatriz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josué de Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vito Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José do Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rdth minute of the game Alberto Melo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jukatriz's Vito Velloso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Edson Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Dorian Freitas came free, but Giovanni Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edson Futebol Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
