Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Yan Netto made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Brasilino got a freekick which was hit by Frank Senna. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Paulo Furlan got free with Ivo de Moraes in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Humberto Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Moraes in the 8th minute of play. After 9 minutes, Frank Senna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brasilino and the Pesqueira City players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brasilino's Frank Senna got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 10 played minutes, Pesqueira City's Júlio Abreu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Humberto Xavier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pesqueira City reached it. Brasilino's Humberto Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Moraes in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Pesqueira City's Yan Netto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Xavier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ivo de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Brasilino were awarded a corner. Hílton da Silveira went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Hílton da Silveira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ivo de Moraes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute, Hernani Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivo de Moraes came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Brasilino's Wágner Chaves. But to his dismay, Wágner Chaves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 40 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Ivo de Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Senna. Ivo de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wágner Chaves in the 42nd minute of the match. Ivo de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Paulo Furlan in the 44th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Paulo Furlan made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Claudinei Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Humberto Xavier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yan Netto in the 61st minute. Claudinei Leal charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudinei Leal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Yan Netto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Humberto Xavier. The goal made the score 1-2. Humberto Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernani Tavares in the 69th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wágner Chaves in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivo de Moraes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pesqueira City's Hernani Tavares got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Hílton da Silveira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brasilino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pesqueira City the free kick. In the 81st minute, Hílton da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Pedro Paulo Furlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivo de Moraes was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Wágner Chaves scored 2-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivo de Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernani Tavares in the 91st minute of play forced Brasilino's goalkeeper Humberto Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernani Tavares scored 2-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pesqueira City walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
