Ivo de Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beto Trigo's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Ivo de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Trigo came free, but Ivo de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beto Trigo took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivo de Moraes. Ivo de Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Relyn Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Pesqueira City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Paulo de Barros took the corner. José Augusto Capixaba hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Doni Quintal hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Yan Netto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Vieira. Relyn Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yan Netto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ivo de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Valladares in the 36th minute of play. Pesqueira City's Ivo de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Valladares in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Beto Trigo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Relyn Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Soares in the 46th minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Ivo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Relyn Futebol Clube were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Yan Netto made the kick off in the second half. Relyn Futebol Clube's Juan Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yan Netto in the 52nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pesqueira City's Dito da Cunha got a free kick in the 56th minute. Pesqueira City's Ivo de Moraes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Pesqueira City from getting a goal against them. Beto Trigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Ivo de Moraes made a huge save. Ivo de Moraes made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Beto Trigo sent off a good shot on target. 66 minutes into the match, Relyn Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Hernani Tavares came free, but Juan Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivo de Moraes made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Fausto Valladares sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th match minute, Pesqueira City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito da Cunha to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Netto in the 80th minute of play forced Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Juan Vieira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Relyn Futebol Clube's Alfredo Reis got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Fausto Valladares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ivo de Moraes made a huge save. After 93 played minutes Pesqueira City got a freekick which was hit by Marquinhos Moraes. The Relyn Futebol Clube players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
