After 13 played minutes Suição United got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Cunha. Dalmo Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Favoretto having to interfere. Gurdurão's Dalmo Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dalmo Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thiago Barros who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Wilson Vianna when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Claudinei Favoretto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmo Santos in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Suição United's goalkeeper Claudinei Favoretto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute Pepe Giliamsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Favoretto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Barros in the 36th minute of play forced Gurdurão's goalkeeper Wilson Vianna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
