Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) With a little luck, Jardim América FC's Luan Ramos got control of the ball when Dário da Cunha tried to sneak it across the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Enio Mangueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zé de Senna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zé de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enio Mangueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Tomás Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Enio Mangueira notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Matungo Gaúcho's Zé de Senna. Zé de Senna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zé de Senna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo de Castro went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Matungo Gaúcho defense, Enio Mangueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé de Senna. The Matungo Gaúcho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé de Senna should have stopped the shot. Zé de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enio Mangueira in the 35th minute of play. Matungo Gaúcho's Zé de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Mazza in the 37th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Enio Mangueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Zé de Senna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 48 minutes into the match, Tomás Mazza notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Matungo Gaúcho's Zé de Senna. Zé de Senna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Zé de Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enio Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Breno Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matungo Gaúcho's supporters rose to their feet, but Breno Velloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luan Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th play minute Enio Mangueira came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zé de Senna. 0-7. 67 minutes into the match, Tomás Mazza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé de Senna, 0-9. Enio Mangueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé de Senna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Tomás Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luan Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dário da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute Tomás Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jardim América FC's attentive Aníbal Abraão managed to snatch the ball when Silvério Trevisan made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. Jardim América FC's Aníbal Abraão got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Mazza in the 81st minute of play forced Matungo Gaúcho's goalkeeper Zé de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Silvério Trevisan in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Jardim América FC's Nuno Neves. Silvério Trevisan's late challenge caught a Jardim América FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvério Trevisan helped the player get up and apologised. Jardim América FC made a substitution. Moisés Sousa replaced Walmir Araújo. The supporters of Jardim América FC booed when Matungo Gaúcho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvério Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Matungo Gaúcho's zone, Enio Mangueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé de Senna came out of the goal and Enio Mangueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zé de Senna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Mazza's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. In the 95th minute, Enio Mangueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé de Senna was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Jardim América FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
