Gurdurão's Wilson Vianna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Gaúcho in the 3rd minute of play. In the 10th minute Dalmo Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico de Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alan Gaúcho kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Pepe Giliamsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gurdurão's supporters rose to their feet, but Pepe Giliamsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frederico de Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute, Alan Gaúcho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Vianna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Frederico de Salles made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Douglas de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. Dalmo Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Frederico de Salles made a huge save. After 36 played minutes Barbie Doll United U23 got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos da Costa. In the 39th match minute, Gurdurão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Barbie Doll United U23 defense, Dalmo Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frederico de Salles. The Barbie Doll United U23 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frederico de Salles should have stopped the shot. Pepe Giliamsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Frederico de Salles made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Barbie Doll United U23's Erasmo Domingues got a free kick in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dalmo Santos to make the kick off. Wilson Vianna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alan Gaúcho went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. If Tião França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmo Santos in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico de Salles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernandinho Cruz hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Alan Gaúcho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Wilson Vianna made a huge save. Pepe Giliamsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, Silvério Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Gurdurão getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Fernandinho Cruz hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes, Barbie Doll United U23's Waldemar de Godoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wilson Vianna came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barbie Doll United U23 reached it. Wilson Vianna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tião França in the 83rd minute of the match. After 86 minutes of play, Gurdurão's Pepe Giliamsen made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frederico de Salles was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frederico de Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas de Amaral in the 89th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Gurdurão were the better team. Gurdurão's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
