The crowd rose to their feet as LUIZ PANATO's Peng Peng slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilson Vianna. That made the score 2-0 after 19 minutes of play. If Douglas de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodoro Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Gurdurão booed when LUIZ PANATO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lajos Murai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pepe Giliamsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Pepe Giliamsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gurdurão fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 46 minutes into the game, Willian Siqueira threw the ball into play from the sideline. LUIZ PANATO's Tony Campidelis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A hard shot 47 in the game by Teodoro Berger from a close distance when the talented Wilson Vianna managed to make a qualified save. Gurdurão's players were relieved. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dalmo Santos to make the kick off. Teodoro Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Vianna having to interfere. Wilson Vianna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Berger in the 61st minute of the match. Juninho Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmo Santos in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64thth minute of the game Teodoro Berger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gurdurão's Wilson Vianna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teodoro Berger struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Wilson Vianna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LUIZ PANATO. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anderson Ortiz in the 66th minute of play forced Gurdurão's goalkeeper Wilson Vianna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, LUIZ PANATO's Anderson Ortiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Vianna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. A very nice done corner allowed Stig Ahlbeck to score against Wilson Vianna in Gurdurão's goal. 5-1 after 73 minutes. Teodoro Berger took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Vianna. Wilson Vianna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Berger in the 84th minute of play forced Gurdurão's goalkeeper Wilson Vianna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game was made by Willian Siqueira with Pepe Giliamsen as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Teodoro Berger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Vianna having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, LUIZ PANATO could leave the field as winners, despite Gurdurão having more of the ball for most of the match.
