Arsenal de Gols F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barbie Doll United U23 the free kick. Alan Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Monteiro having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Andrézinho Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal de Gols F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrézinho Marinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frederico de Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute Andrézinho Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico de Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Flávio Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tião França came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Barbie Doll United U23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tião França couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Flávio Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Dino Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião França in the 37th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tião França to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Arsenal de Gols F.C's Ademir Freitas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frederico de Salles. That made the score 0-2 after 51 minutes of play. In the 56th minute, Alan Gaúcho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dino Monteiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Dino Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tião França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper Frederico de Salles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flávio Fontes. Barbie Doll United U23's Frederico de Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flávio Fontes in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Netto in the 69th minute of play forced Arsenal de Gols F.C's goalkeeper Dino Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvério Netto took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dino Monteiro. Dino Monteiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Claudinei Godoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Frederico de Salles made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Waldemar de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barbie Doll United U23's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldemar de Godoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Monteiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dino Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tião França in the 89th minute of the match. Adilson Correia hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Barbie Doll United U23 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
