The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nildo Pereira was the one to do the kick off. Bata Palma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Márcio Terra made a huge save. Eliseu Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After some careless play in the COURO COME FC defense, Téo Vaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Maria Pontes. The COURO COME FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Maria Pontes should have stopped the shot. In the 80th minute Duarte Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes The Power Guido FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bruninho Rodrigues who took care of the corner kick. The Power Guido FC's Cássio Rossi was substituted for Téo Vaz. COURO COME FC's Bruninho Rodrigues was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Márcio Terra in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Furtado in the 87th minute of play forced The Power Guido FC's goalkeeper Márcio Terra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 played minutes COURO COME FC got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Neiva. Márcio Terra was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Nildo Pereira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nildo Pereira really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. After 93 played minutes The Power Guido FC got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Rossi. In the 95th minute, José Augusto Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute of the match Bruninho Rodrigues shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Márcio Terra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. COURO COME FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
