Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) SRP-Laguna's Wiliam de Souza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Túlio Maravilha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faustão Custódio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 9 played minutes SRP-Laguna got a freekick which was hit by Wilian de Souza. After 11 minutes of play, Estrela Solitária's Hugo Almeida made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Faustão Custódio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 16 minutes into the game, Alex Laguna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SRP-Laguna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Estrela Solitária the free kick. Alex Laguna kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. If Túlio Maravilha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ediberto Amorim charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ediberto Amorim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Ediberto Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hugo Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Faustão Custódio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Almeida in the 25th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Túlio Maravilha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estrela Solitária's supporters rose to their feet, but Túlio Maravilha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faustão Custódio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Estrela Solitária's Rogério do Valle managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alex Laguna in the 31 minute of the game. When Túlio Maravilha came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Estrela Solitária fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Túlio Maravilha couldn't finish the play. Hugo Almeida took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faustão Custódio. Faustão Custódio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 45 minutes, Tarcisio Quintal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estrela Solitária and the SRP-Laguna players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes Estrela Solitária got a freekick which was hit by Tarcisio Quintal. Estrela Solitária were furious when Adalberto Campidelis was red carded, 49 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Anselmi Saksinen had in the 50thth minute some difficulties stopping Wiliam de Souza's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Almeida to strike the kick off in the second half. Meng Ran charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Meng Ran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. SRP-Laguna made a substitution. Narciso Schmidt replaced Wilian de Souza. After 63 played minutes Hugo Almeida rounded SRP-Laguna's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Almeida in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faustão Custódio saved SRP-Laguna from getting behind. Sérgio Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Estrela Solitária's Túlio Maravilha got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute of the match, Walmyr Mendes sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Faustão Custódio showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. SRP-Laguna's Walmyr Cavalcante managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Vilhelm Norberg in the 88 minute of the game. The throw-in from Vilhelm Norberg in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SRP-Laguna's Ediberto Amorim. 96 minutes into the game, Túlio Maravilha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Faustão Custódio. Túlio Maravilha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Estrela Solitária played a much better game than SRP-Laguna and deserved their victory. The SRP-Laguna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
