The goalkeeper, Carlos Eduardo Donatello, was totally fooled by Squadra Demarchi's Claudinho Loyola, who 24 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Robinho Falcão hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute of the game Odd Van made a throw-in which Rodrigo Firmino played forward. If Giuseppe de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reko-Recko 03™'s Carlos Eduardo Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexsandro Britto in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Giuseppe de Souza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reko-Recko 03™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selman Ruzi in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Squadra Demarchi's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho Falcão came free, but Oscar Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Sérgio Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Robinho Falcão's late challenge caught a Squadra Demarchi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robinho Falcão helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Robinho Falcão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Saldanha made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Selman Ruzi sent off a good shot on target. Nelson Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Squadra Demarchi from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute Kléber Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Valverde in the 84th minute of play. Giuseppe de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Saldanha having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Selman Ruzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Saldanha. Squadra Demarchi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Selman Ruzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Robinho Falcão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Oscar Saldanha made a huge save. Oscar Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Valverde, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the match was over Reko-Recko 03™ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Squadra Demarchi throughout the match.
