After 27 minutes of play, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Felippe Arantes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hudson Toscano kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Álvaro Matos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Vítor da Mata. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Independente FC's Nilson Duarte got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 84 played minutes Luiz Marquez rounded OS IMPOSSIVEIS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. The corner ended in Nilson Duarte almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but OS IMPOSSIVEIS's José Vítor da Mata did a great save.
