In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Iuri Arruda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Ogro F.C. defense, Alberto Tróia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Paulo Penha. The Ogro F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Paulo Penha should have stopped the shot. Iuri Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deen Castronovo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 64th minute, Alberto Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandre Aposan scored 8-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iuri Arruda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Ogro F.C.'s Kiko Freitas got a free kick in the 77th minute. Ogro F.C.'s Mario Duplantier was substituted for Deen Castronovo. The long shot by César Severo in the 79th minute really tested Pedro Paulo Penha's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Alexandre Aposan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Ogro F.C. were the better team. Ogro F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
