Elano Toledo had great luck who in the 10thth minute grab hold of the ball when Hugo Casomiro from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Elano Toledo made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Vinícius Andrade sent off a good shot on target. Gustavo Carioca hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Régis Urbano came free, but Eusébio Hoffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cássio Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's Gláuber Carioca tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cafu Silveira might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusébio Hoffmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cafu Silveira ran back to his position shaking his head. Eusébio Hoffmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafu Silveira in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, PIRATAS TFP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Régis Urbano to maneuver through the defense. Elano Toledo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gláuber Carioca. When PIRATAS TFP's Cafu Silveira in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, PIRATAS TFP's Cássio Furtado got a free kick in the 37th minute. A collision led to PIRATAS TFP getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Cássio Furtado hit a great ball. PIRATAS TFP's Elano Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Rosa in the 44th minute of play. Natanael Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natanael Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Hugo Casomiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guadalupe FC - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Elano Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Casomiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's Thierry Bianchini fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When Evaristo Rosa fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's protests and gave Evaristo Rosa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Guadalupe FC - CIMZ getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Evaristo Rosa hit a great ball. Eusébio Hoffmann was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Waldemar Maranhense. After 58 minutes, Chicão Capixaba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guadalupe FC - CIMZ and the PIRATAS TFP players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chicão Capixaba kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Cafu Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusébio Hoffmann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cafu Silveira's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Cafu Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eusébio Hoffmann was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Eusébio Hoffmann made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Cafu Silveira sent off a good shot on target. Elano Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Casomiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Régis Urbano who took care of the corner kick. In the 78th match minute, PIRATAS TFP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Pedrão Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Evaristo Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elano Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusébio Hoffmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cafu Silveira in the 95th minute. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
