Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Chu Liang Ping started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chu Liang Ping in the 3rd minute of play forced Mundial EC's goalkeeper Germano Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Waldir Peres managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Mundial EC's Li Li fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 7th minute Arí Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldir Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Travassos in the 8th minute of the match. Germano Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giuseppe Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mundial EC booed when Barcellos Mineiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano Toscano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germano Moraes came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Chu Liang Ping. But to his dismay, Chu Liang Ping quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chu Liang Ping in the 24th minute of play forced Mundial EC's goalkeeper Germano Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arí Travassos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bebeto Maia made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Andrézinho Messias. Chu Liang Ping scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Germano Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Li Li struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Waldir Peres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mundial EC. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Andrézinho Messias managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bebeto Maia in the 42 minute of the game. Caetano Toscano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Germano Moraes. Mundial EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Barcellos Mineiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arí Travassos came free, but Waldir Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arí Travassos to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Chu Liang Ping reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Germano Moraes. The goal made the score 0-3. Germano Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Chu Liang Ping got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Mundial EC's Will de Backer got a free kick in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Arí Travassos notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Barcellos Mineiro FC's Waldir Peres. Waldir Peres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mundial EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Chu Liang Ping scored to the left of an out of position Germano Moraes, making the score, 1-4. Barcellos Mineiro FC made a substitution. Galo Mineiro replaced Guga Capixaba. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chu Liang Ping got free with Germano Moraes in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 68 minutes into the game, Chu Liang Ping recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Germano Moraes. Chu Liang Ping showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Barcellos Mineiro FC made a substitution. Eriberto Vidal replaced Caetano Toscano. Reinaldo de Alcântara hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Chu Liang Ping could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Germano Moraes however easily saved by the left post. After 73 played minutes Barcellos Mineiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Galo Mineiro. Germano Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Vidal in the 79th minute of play. Eriberto Vidal took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Germano Moraes. Germano Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Chu Liang Ping sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Galo Mineiro kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The Mundial EC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barcellos Mineiro FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Barcellos Mineiro FC.
