Léo de Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Valdir Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Bandelocos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdir Garcia couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Brasil during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Daniel Brasil hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Billy Dowdall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute Luiz Guilherme Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo de Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, Bandelocos's Luiz Guilherme Varela made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Léo de Brito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Léo de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Guilherme Varela, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Bandelocos's Ezequiel Velasco got a free kick in the 15th minute. When Guilherme Viana came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Floresta Club U18 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guilherme Viana couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito got control of the ball when Daniel Brasil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdir Garcia in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Anísio Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denílson Negri in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilson do Vale saved Bandelocos from getting behind. Nilson do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Negri, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Nilson do Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dino Saraiva went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Nilson do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Saraiva in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Bandelocos's goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Negri came free, but Nilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Floresta Club U18 booed when Bandelocos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdir Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute of the match José Vítor Goiano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nilson do Vale skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Bandelocos getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Valdir Garcia hit a great ball. In the 45th minute Denílson Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Bandelocos's goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Negri came free, but Nilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
Léo de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Garcia in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th minute, one of Bandelocos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bandelocos. The goalkeeper, Nilson do Vale, was totally fooled by Floresta Club U18's Guilherme Viana, who 65 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Brasil in the 70th minute of play. João Leiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson do Vale having to interfere. After 73 minutes, Maurinho Vargas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandelocos and the Floresta Club U18 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 played minutes Bandelocos got a freekick which was hit by Maurinho Vargas. João Leiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beto Vinhas hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Nilson do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Vítor Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Nilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Leiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nilson do Vale came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Floresta Club U18's Dino Saraiva. But to his dismay, Dino Saraiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Billy Dowdall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Léo de Brito came out of the goal and Billy Dowdall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Floresta Club U18 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
