In the 96th minute, Zé Paulo Castro made a precise shot to the right of José Vítor Ramos. Grêmio Prudente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-4. When the referee ended the match the Grêmio Prudente players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
