Spectators: 163 (Terracing: 123, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kang Fan Xiang got the match started through his kick off. Vila Zumbi's Oséias Quirino managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Guilherme Viana in the 8 minute of the game. Floresta Club U18's Guilherme Viana couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vila Zumbi. 12 minutes into the match, Vila Zumbi's goalkeeper Hermínio Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denílson Negri. In the 14thth minute of the game Almir Salgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15th minute of the match Vila Zumbi got a corner. Floresta Club U18's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gigel Tofan ran over to the corner to take the kick. 17 minutes into the game, Eusébio Baptista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Floresta Club U18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vila Zumbi the free kick. After 18 played minutes, Vila Zumbi's Adelino Sarmento shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Léo de Brito came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vila Zumbi reached it. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vila Zumbi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guilherme Viana was slow to take the kick. During this time Floresta Club U18's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Guilherme Viana almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vila Zumbi's Hermínio Silva did a great save. Léo de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almir Salgado in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Almir Salgado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Léo de Brito was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Vila Zumbi's Hermínio Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Baptista in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Almir Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo de Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Vila Zumbi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Sarmento to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Vila Zumbi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denílson Negri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Almir Salgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Denílson Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute, Eusébio Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Almir Salgado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Léo de Brito. That made the score 0-2 in the 57 minute of play. If Denílson Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Vítor Goiano kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Dadá Maravilha hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Vila Zumbi's Hermínio Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Saraiva in the 87th minute of play. A collision led to Vila Zumbi getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Hílton de Brito hit a great ball. When Guilherme Viana fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Floresta Club U18's protests and gave Guilherme Viana a yellow card for diving instead. During the 94th minute of the match Eusébio Baptista completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Eusébio Baptista a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Eusébio Baptista hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Floresta Club U18 manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Vila Zumbi to win.
