After 10 minutes of play, Sipo EC's Válbson Souza made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duda Soeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Duda Soeiro stood somewhat misplaced when Décio Messias came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 12 minute. Décio Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Duda Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válbson Souza in the 17th minute of play. If Válbson Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Sipo EC booed when Aesir FC FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubens Ramalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Duda Soeiro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 22nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Renan Luz. The supporters of Aesir FC FSCMZ booed when Sipo EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermínio Rosado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute Igor Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Aesir FC FSCMZ's Jefferson Rodrigues got a free kick in the 38th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jefferson Rodrigues was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Osmar Marinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osmar Marinho hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Válbson Souza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sipo EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. If Válbson Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sipo EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Délio Araújo scored to the left of an out of position Genílson Gaspar, making the score, 3-1. After 76 played minutes Aesir FC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Osmar Marinho. If Válbson Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sipo EC's José Paulo Prata got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Rodolfo Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Porto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sipo EC's Genílson Gaspar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Sipo EC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Sipo EC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Válbson Souza hit a great ball.
