An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Leal in the 30th minute of play forced ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s goalkeeper Jean Schmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Cauã Pombal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emerson Leal made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yuri Paranaense in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jean Schmidt saved ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞ from getting behind. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Espigão Steamrollers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fede Gatti was slow to take the kick. During this time ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s players had a chance to rest. After some careless play in the Espigão Steamrollers defense, Frederico Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Catarinense. The Espigão Steamrollers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Catarinense should have stopped the shot. When Josué Prata came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josué Prata couldn't finish the play.
