Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) Sem nomee's Renatinho Jacinto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Samuca Leal notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sem nomee's Júlio Sá. Júlio Sá was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hélder Bueno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Júlio Sá. Sem nomee's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Ique Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulysses Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Aimar Aimar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Júlio Sá having to make a save. After 15 minutes of play, Ique Football Club's Aimar Aimar made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júlio Sá was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Aimar Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Júlio Sá came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Ique Football Club's Moisés Arruda. But to his dismay, Moisés Arruda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Aimar Aimar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Júlio Sá having to make a save. Aimar Aimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Júlio Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Moisés Arruda put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Júlio Sá. When Ique Football Club's Aimar Aimar in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sem nomee's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Aimar Aimar sped through Sem nomee's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Júlio Sá. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moisés Arruda to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Aimar Aimar put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Júlio Sá. Samuca Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Ique Football Club made a substitution. Roberto Souza replaced Hélder Bueno. Júlio Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aimar Aimar in the 62nd minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Ique Football Club's Aimar Aimar made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júlio Sá was left in no man's land by his defense there! Júlio Sá made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moisés Arruda in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aimar Aimar in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júlio Sá saved Sem nomee from getting behind. When Caetano Pontes came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Ique Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caetano Pontes couldn't finish the play. After 81 minutes, Severino Britto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sem nomee and the Ique Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes Sem nomee got a freekick which was hit by Severino Britto. A collision led to Sem nomee getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Leopoldo Maranhense hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ique Football Club's Aimar Aimar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Júlio Sá. That made the score 0-9 after 84 minutes of play. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 0-10 when Aimar Aimar sped through Sem nomee's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Júlio Sá. In the 95th minute, Wágner Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Moisés Arruda put it in 0-11 from a short distance just to the right of Júlio Sá. The Sem nomee fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ique Football Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
