The supporters of Brazil Academy booed when ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval de Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudinho Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Omar in the 4th minute of the match. Christian Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gláuber Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinho Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Azevedo in the 10th minute of the match. Maximiliano Omar took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinho Taffarel. Claudinho Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Zé Paulo Campidelis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudinho Taffarel. ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zé Paulo Campidelis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 18 played minutes Brazil Academy got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Omar. After 21 minutes of play, Brazil Academy's Maximiliano Omar made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudinho Taffarel was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Omar in the 24th minute of play forced ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brazil Academy's Gláuber Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Mendonça in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Maximiliano Omar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brazil Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 34 minutes into the game, Zé Paulo Campidelis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Claudinho Taffarel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Claudinho Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Omar, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Maximiliano Omar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Taffarel having to interfere. Claudinho Taffarel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelo Mangueira went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Brazil Academy's zone, Christian Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gláuber Nascimento came out of the goal and Christian Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximiliano Omar was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo Campidelis came free, but Claudinho Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinho Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Azevedo in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd match minute, ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráusio Brodel to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Omar got free with Claudinho Taffarel in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo Campidelis in the 59th minute of play forced ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Omar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Claudinho Taffarel, 0-7. 67 minutes into the match, ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Omar. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Claudinho Taffarel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Mangueira in the 69th minute of play forced ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinho Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Maximiliano Omar sent off a good shot on target. Dráusio Brodel's late challenge caught a Brazil Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dráusio Brodel helped the player get up and apologised. Dráusio Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Claudinho Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Omar in the 78th minute of play. When César Torres fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brazil Academy's protests and gave César Torres a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, César Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eurico Paraibano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gláuber Nascimento. Brazil Academy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Claudinho Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo Campidelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dráusio Brodel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Gláuber Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinho Taffarel came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Brazil Academy's Maximiliano Omar. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Omar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s Claudinho Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ from getting a goal against them. Claudinho Taffarel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Omar in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Brazil Academy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆.
