After a rather tough play, Ibirama Futebol Clube's Renan Jacinto got a free kick in the 50th minute. Froilan Dolcet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquinho Sergipano in the 51st minute of the match. Francisco do Vale was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dudu Pinho. 57 minutes into the match, Ibirama Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamim Medeiros came free, but Froilan Dolcet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
