Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when José Vítor Aparecido took the kick off in the first half of the match. Silvinho Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luizão Lima in the 5th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, José Vítor Aparecido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braga Junior FC's supporters rose to their feet, but José Vítor Aparecido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Telmo de Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Telmo de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Lain in the 15th minute of play forced Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Telmo de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th match minute, Braga Junior FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edison Brena to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luizão Lima in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvinho Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Sport Club Mavericks defense, José Vítor Aparecido kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Telmo de Amorim. The Sport Club Mavericks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Telmo de Amorim should have stopped the shot. The Braga Junior FC fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Braga Junior FC's José Vítor Aparecido looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 42nd minute José Vítor Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arturo Filippini hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sport Club Mavericks booed when Braga Junior FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Lain didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Sport Club Mavericks players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Braga Junior FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Luizão Lima made the kick off in the second half. Silvinho Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Efraim in the 54th minute of play. Arturo Filippini kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Sport Club Mavericks's Dani Alves was substituted for Serginho Quirino. Sport Club Mavericks's Luo Chuan was substituted for Ong Mathews. The supporters of Braga Junior FC booed when Sport Club Mavericks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Filippini didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Telmo de Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Vítor Aparecido. Telmo de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Lain in the 90th minute of play. Telmo de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Asmus Molbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Braga Junior FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
