The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carlos Germano came out of the goal and Tomé Quirino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chico Bastos might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniele Pich. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chico Bastos ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's Daniele Pich got control of the ball when Chico Bastos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Germano came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's Fabiano Moraes. But to his dismay, Fabiano Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Carlos Germano came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's 彭俊骋. But to his dismay, 彭俊骋 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 32 played minutes Atlético da Colina got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Vinhas. 35 minutes into the match, Atlético da Colina's goal looked a bit too open when Tomé Quirino came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】 fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's Tomé Quirino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomé Quirino in the 39th minute of play forced Atlético da Colina's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Tomé Quirino notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Atlético da Colina's Carlos Germano. Carlos Germano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tostão do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomé Quirino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tostão do Nascimento in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Germano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chico Bastos's late challenge caught a A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chico Bastos helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Atlético da Colina got a freekick which was hit by Chico Bastos. In the 59th minute, 彭俊骋 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlos Germano. The goal made the score 1-5. 彭俊骋 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Carlos Germano made a huge save. After 63 played minutes Atlético da Colina got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Tasso. Atlético da Colina's Carlos Germano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético da Colina from getting a goal against them. 70 minutes into the match, Atlético da Colina's goalkeeper Carlos Germano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 彭俊骋. Tomé Quirino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Carlos Germano made a huge save. With an all-out effort, A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's Carlos Germano threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomé Quirino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tostão do Nascimento in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Germano saved Atlético da Colina from getting behind. With a little luck, Atlético da Colina's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Tomé Quirino tried to sneak it across the goal line. 彭俊骋 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Carlos Germano made a huge save. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão do Nascimento in the 98th minute of the match. The Atlético da Colina fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
