Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Xiboquinha FC's Júlio Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lobo Guará in the 8th minute of play. Imbituba - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Xiboquinha FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cesinha Vieira took the corner. Júlio Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilherme Souza in the 12th minute of the match. Vítor Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guto Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Lobo Guará shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lobo Guará in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júlio Linares saved Xiboquinha FC from getting behind. Vítor Saraiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guto Tasso in the 18th minute. A nice corner shot did that Cesinha Vieira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Júlio Linares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Júlio Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Souza in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Xiboquinha FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Cleiton Cordeiro hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Guilherme Souza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio Linares. Xiboquinha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guilherme Souza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Júlio Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lobo Guará in the 34th minute of play. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Lobo Guará sped through Xiboquinha FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Júlio Linares. After 38 played minutes Xiboquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Pinheiro. Júlio Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Souza in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Guilherme Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imbituba - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guilherme Souza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cássio Pinheiro hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lobo Guará to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duda Veiga to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Xiboquinha FC's Júlio Linares got control of the ball when Guilherme Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xiboquinha FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Lobo Guará scored to the left of an out of position Júlio Linares, making the score, 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Xiboquinha FC's zone, Lobo Guará stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júlio Linares came out of the goal and Lobo Guará tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Júlio Linares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guilherme Souza. In the 65th minute, Mané Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute Imbituba - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Cesinha Vieira went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lobo Guará in the 90th minute of play forced Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Júlio Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lobo Guará fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Linares having to interfere.
