Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlos Augusto Guimarães started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Atlético Capixaba booed when Jataiense Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Figlewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Otto Fesik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jataiense Futebol Clube's Alperen Bozkurt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Atlético Capixaba's Otto Fesik in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jataiense Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. 14 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Fesik came free, but Alperen Bozkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Alperen Bozkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Fesik in the 19th minute of play. Alperen Bozkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo de Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Atlético Capixaba's Otto Fesik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alperen Bozkurt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Alperen Bozkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo de Almeida in the 32nd minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Thodoris Aggelou put in a rough tackle. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atlético Capixaba! The supporters of Jataiense Futebol Clube booed when Atlético Capixaba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristóvão Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Atlético Capixaba were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Atlético Capixaba made a substitution. 董彬青 replaced Adam Curteanu. After a rather tough play, Atlético Capixaba's Cristóvão Varela got a free kick in the 54th minute. Atlético Capixaba's Murilo da Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Golaki Goiano in the 64th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Atlético Capixaba's corner Leopoldo de Almeida fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alperen Bozkurt quite easily take care of the ball. After 84 minutes Atlético Capixaba's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zachary Figlewski who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Fox in the 89th minute of play forced Atlético Capixaba's goalkeeper Murilo da Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murilo da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Golaki Goiano in the 91st minute of play. Golaki Goiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Radowit Ciechocki fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Capixaba's protests and gave Radowit Ciechocki a yellow card for diving instead. The Jataiense Futebol Clube supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atlético Capixaba's performance. The match ended with a win for Atlético Capixaba.
