Manúel Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wágner Fox, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Alperen Bozkurt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kristóf Földes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. In the 23rd minute Kristóf Földes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alperen Bozkurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Golaki Goiano was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Dogelo's goalkeeper Manúel Bento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Golaki Goiano. Oliverios Marcilla kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Fox in the 61st minute of play forced Dogelo's goalkeeper Manúel Bento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Oliverios Marcilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alperen Bozkurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Luiz Fábio Passos was substituted for Horácio Gonçalves. In the 76th minute, Lewis van Dijk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dogelo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jataiense Futebol Clube had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
