Karl-Erik Magnusson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xande Buffon having to make a save. Xande Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serge Bolado in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chicão de Azevedo saved C.A Gryffindor from getting behind. Xande Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Serge Bolado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 24 minutes into the game, C.A Gryffindor's Jacinto Quirino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xande Buffon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Chicão de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicu Joldea, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Xande Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Quirino in the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, José Guerreiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xande Buffon. Bayern Lessa - u21's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Guerreiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Guerreiro was the one to do the kick off. Jacinto Quirino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xande Buffon came out and tried to block the shot, but Jacinto Quirino slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 53rd minute. Xande Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Mangueira's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. The C.A Gryffindor fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when C.A Gryffindor's Edgard Mangueira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Xande Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Quirino in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Marquinhos Filho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bayern Lessa - u21 made a substitution. Cássio França replaced Anak Jamet. C.A Gryffindor's Chicão de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cai Zheng Ming in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Bayern Lessa - u21's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Mangueira came free, but Xande Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xande Buffon made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Guilherme Mazer sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guilherme Mazer got free with Xande Buffon in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
