The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Domingo Johans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Truylos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severo Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Corti in the 14th minute. Domingo Johans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Nuxila, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Domingo Johans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustin Nuxila went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Emanuel Corti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Navarro having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Terapia Intensiva's Tobias Truylos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingo Johans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The supporters of Papato Tatengue booed when Terapia Intensiva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alípio Albuquerque didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Papato Tatengue getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Facundo Corti hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Truylos in the 42nd minute of play forced Papato Tatengue's goalkeeper Domingo Johans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severo Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Corti in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobias Truylos made a kick off. The supporters of Papato Tatengue booed when Terapia Intensiva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Romo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Terapia Intensiva's Severo Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Corti in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, Terapia Intensiva's Tobias Truylos made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingo Johans was left in no man's land by his defense there! David Hever's late challenge caught a Terapia Intensiva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Hever helped the player get up and apologised. Emanuel Corti took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severo Navarro. Severo Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. After a rather tough play, Terapia Intensiva's Javier Santana got a free kick in the 69th minute. Emanuel Corti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Navarro having to interfere. David Hever hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A hard shot 73 in the game by Tobias Truylos from a close distance when the talented Domingo Johans managed to make a qualified save. Papato Tatengue's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Terapia Intensiva's zone, Emanuel Corti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severo Navarro came out of the goal and Emanuel Corti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severo Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Corti in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Corti in the 91st minute of play forced Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Severo Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th match minute, Terapia Intensiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Romo to maneuver through the defense. When Emanuel Corti came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Papato Tatengue fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Corti couldn't finish the play. The Terapia Intensiva players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
