Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Locura Académica's Pascual Paio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Pascual Paio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascual Paio in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jimeno Rami saved Gloria Verdinegra AFC from getting behind. When Apolo Fagildo fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gloria Verdinegra AFC's protests and gave Apolo Fagildo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th match minute, Gloria Verdinegra AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Fagildo to maneuver through the defense. Hernan Eudoxio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Berasko in the 19th minute of play. Jimeno Rami didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pascual Paio went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Horacio Iztal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Hernan Eudoxio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Locura Académica's Pascual Paio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimeno Rami made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 34th minute, Leo Tximitx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Tximitx charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Tximitx the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gloria Verdinegra AFC booed when Locura Académica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Tximitx didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Horacio Iztal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Eudoxio was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Jimeno Rami didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Tximitx went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Apolo Fagildo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jimeno Rami was a little too slow when Pascual Paio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horacio Iztal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jairo Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jimeno Rami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Rami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Paio in the 56th minute of the match. If Pascual Paio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jairo Domingues came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Locura Académica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Domingues couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Gloria Verdinegra AFC defense, Pascual Paio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimeno Rami. The Gloria Verdinegra AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimeno Rami should have stopped the shot. Jairo Domingues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jairo Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Rami having to interfere. Locura Académica's Hernan Eudoxio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Locura Académica from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Horacio Iztal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hernan Eudoxio. That made the score 5-1 in the 75 minute of play. Hernan Eudoxio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eulalio Berasko's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute of the match, Eulalio Berasko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hernan Eudoxio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Juan Azibar's late challenge caught a Locura Académica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Azibar helped the player get up and apologised. Juan Azibar kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Jairo Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Rami having to interfere. After 95 minutes of play, Locura Académica's Leo Tximitx made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimeno Rami was left in no man's land by his defense there! Locura Académica were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gloria Verdinegra AFC for a fine match.
