Dalmacio Padro hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 14th match minute, Locura Académica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Joey to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Ruben Estebano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Profecías de Parravicini fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 29th match minute, Profecías de Parravicini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Sustrai to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Pascual Paio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santo Tohias was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Leo Tximitx might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Tohias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leo Tximitx ran back to his position shaking his head. Leo Tximitx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santo Tohias having to make a save. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Desiderio Servando to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Locura Académica got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Txordon. Hernan Eudoxio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Gumaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucio Txordon hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute of the match Desiderio Servando shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hernan Eudoxio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hernan Eudoxio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Estebano, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. When Pascual Paio came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Locura Académica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascual Paio couldn't finish the play. Leo Tximitx struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Santo Tohias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Locura Académica. A hard shot 64 in the game by Pascual Paio from a close distance when the talented Santo Tohias managed to make a qualified save. Profecías de Parravicini's players were relieved. After having played for 66 minutes, Jairo Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Locura Académica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the game, Locura Académica's Pascual Paio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santo Tohias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Leo Tximitx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Santo Tohias made a huge save. After 73 played minutes Profecías de Parravicini got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Padro. Ruben Estebano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Hernan Eudoxio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Lucio Txordon fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Locura Académica's protests and gave Lucio Txordon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Locura Académica getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Lucio Txordon hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Profecías de Parravicini's goalkeeper Santo Tohias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jairo Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Santo Tohias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Tajo charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hector Tajo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Locura Académica walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
