Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Rafaela FC's Zeledon Locaio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Prospero Calvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Valentine in the 5th minute of play. When Nina fc's Denis Hever in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rafaela FC's goalie prevented a goal. Nina fc's Lucio Hernandez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Nina fc from getting a goal against them. After 18 played minutes Nina fc got a freekick which was hit by Denis Hever. Alfredo Valente's late challenge caught a Rafaela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Valente helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, one of Nina fc:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nina fc. Lucio Hernandez had in the 21stth minute some difficulties stopping Hector Servando's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 21 minutes of play, Rafaela FC's Hector Servando made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucio Hernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Prospero Calvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Hever in the 28th minute of play. Nina fc's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eugenio Izotz 31 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Lucio Hernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Izotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Valentine might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prospero Calvino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolfo Valentine ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35thth minute of the game Adolfo Valentine who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rafaela FC's Prospero Calvino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nina fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Eriberto Navarro scored to the left of an out of position Lucio Hernandez, making the score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denis Hever stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Prospero Calvino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denis Hever in the 53rd minute. Nina fc's Lucio Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Locaio in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute Denis Hever shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Calvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucio Hernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zeledon Locaio went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, Nina fc's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Locaio came free, but Lucio Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Alfredo Valente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafaela FC were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Nina fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hector Servando took the corner. After 66 minutes, Zeledon Locaio made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Nina fc's Lucio Hernandez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Guido Primeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eusebio Criston hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Zeledon Locaio scored 6-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucio Hernandez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
