When Eustaquio Fortun fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ruquense FC's protests and gave Eustaquio Fortun a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ruquense FC's Eustaquio Fortun got a free kick in the 16th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nemesio Emeterio got free with Anier Txurio in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Evaristo Berasko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baldomiro Acevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Mikelats in the 26th minute of play. Baldomiro Acevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Garci in the 29th minute of the match. Sacando del Medio's Baldomiro Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Mikelats in the 31st minute of play. David Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Aquilino Garci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomiro Acevedo was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Anier Txurio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nemesio Emeterio went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Berasko was the one to do the kick off. David Rey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Txurio having to interfere. Sacando del Medio's Baldomiro Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Garci in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Sacando del Medio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Emeterio to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Sacando del Medio's Baldomiro Acevedo got control of the ball when Amancio Mikelats tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Rey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amancio Mikelats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baldomiro Acevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Garci, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Amancio Mikelats blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomiro Acevedo having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Sacando del Medio's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Garci came free, but Baldomiro Acevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Rey's late challenge caught a Ruquense FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Rey helped the player get up and apologised. In the 97th minute, David Rey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruquense FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
